Antes de empezar
Comprueba que tienes la última versión de KanaGO! y revisa la ayuda de abajo. Tu progreso se guarda en tu iPhone: evita borrar la app si quieres conservarlo.
Problemas frecuentes
- No se oye la voz japonesa. Sube el volumen y quita el modo silencio. En Ajustes → Accesibilidad → Contenido leído → Voces → Japonés puedes descargar una voz mejorada.
- Pronunciar no me entiende. Revisa que KanaGO! tenga permiso de Micrófono y Reconocimiento de voz en Ajustes. Habla cerca del iPhone y en un lugar tranquilo.
- No me llega el recordatorio. Actívalo en la pestaña Yo y permite las notificaciones de KanaGO! en Ajustes → Notificaciones.
- Las canciones no cargan. Los videos necesitan internet. Sin conexión puedes leer la letra y tocar cada línea para oírla.
- Quiero empezar de cero. En la pestaña Yo, toca «Reiniciar progreso». Tus ajustes se conservan.
- Quiero añadir un widget. Mantén pulsada la pantalla de inicio, toca «Editar» → «Añadir widget» y busca KanaGO!. Hay widgets de Racha, Palabra del día y Hoy, también para la pantalla de bloqueo. Si muestran datos viejos, abre la app un momento para actualizarlos.
- Quiero quitar los sonidos. Desactiva «Efectos de sonido» en la pestaña Yo. La voz japonesa sigue funcionando.

Before you start
Check that you have the latest version of KanaGO! and read the help below. Your progress is saved on your iPhone: avoid deleting the app if you want to keep it.
Common issues
- I can't hear the Japanese voice. Turn the volume up and switch off silent mode. In Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → Japanese you can download an enhanced voice.
- Speak mode doesn't understand me. Check that KanaGO! has Microphone and Speech Recognition access in Settings. Speak close to the iPhone somewhere quiet.
- The reminder doesn't arrive. Turn it on in the Me tab and allow KanaGO! notifications in Settings → Notifications.
- Songs won't load. Videos need the internet. Offline you can still read the lyrics and tap each line to hear it.
- I want to start over. In the Me tab, tap “Reset progress”. Your settings are kept.
- I want to add a widget. Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap “Edit” → “Add Widget” and search for KanaGO!. There are Streak, Word of the day and Today widgets, also for the Lock Screen. If they show old data, open the app for a moment to refresh them.
- I want to turn off sounds. Switch off “Sound effects” in the Me tab. The Japanese voice keeps working.
