Uso de la app
KanaGO! es una herramienta para estudiar japonés por tu cuenta. Puedes usarla para tu aprendizaje personal. No está permitido extraer su contenido de forma masiva, revenderlo ni usar la app para fines ilegales.
Contenido educativo
Cuidamos el contenido, pero puede tener errores. Se ofrece tal cual, sin garantías de exactitud ni de resultados en exámenes. Si encuentras un error, cuéntanoslo en Soporte.
Simulacros JLPT
Los simulacros son práctica no oficial con el formato del examen. El certificado que muestra la app es un recuerdo de tu avance y no tiene validez oficial. JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) es una marca de The Japan Foundation y Japan Educational Exchanges and Services (JEES); KanaGO! no está afiliada a ellas.
Canciones y videos
Los videos se reproducen con el reproductor de YouTube y pertenecen a sus titulares. Su uso queda sujeto a los términos de YouTube. Las letras se muestran en fragmentos breves con fines educativos.
Tu progreso
Tu progreso se guarda solo en tu iPhone. No podemos recuperarlo si borras la app o pierdes el dispositivo.
Responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, KanaGO! y su autor no se hacen responsables de daños derivados del uso de la app.
Propiedad intelectual
El nombre KanaGO!, Kana-chan, el logotipo, las ilustraciones, los sonidos y el diseño de la app pertenecen a KanaGO!. Te damos una licencia personal, limitada y no transferible para usarlos dentro de la app. No puedes copiarlos, modificarlos ni distribuirlos fuera de ella.
App Store y Apple
Si descargas KanaGO! del App Store, también se aplican el Contrato de licencia estándar de Apple para aplicaciones (EULA) y las condiciones del App Store. Estos términos son entre tú y KanaGO!, no con Apple: Apple no es responsable de la app ni de su contenido, no tiene obligación de darle mantenimiento ni soporte y no responde de reclamaciones relacionadas con ella. Apple y sus filiales son terceros beneficiarios de estos términos y pueden hacerlos valer.

Podemos actualizar estos términos; publicaremos la nueva versión en esta página con su fecha.

KanaGO! is a tool for studying Japanese on your own. You may use it for your personal learning. Bulk-extracting its content, reselling it or using the app for unlawful purposes is not allowed.

JLPT mock tests
The mock tests are unofficial practice in the exam's format. The certificate shown in the app is a keepsake of your progress and has no official value. Songs and videos
Videos play through the YouTube player and belong to their owners. Their use is subject to YouTube's terms. Lyrics are shown in short excerpts for educational purposes.
Your progress
Your progress is stored only on your iPhone. We can't recover it if you delete the app or lose your device.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KanaGO! and its author are not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
Intellectual property
The KanaGO! name, Kana-chan, the logo, illustrations, sounds and app design belong to KanaGO!. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use them within the app. You may not copy, modify or distribute them outside it.
App Store and Apple
If you download KanaGO! from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and the App Store terms also apply. These terms are between you and KanaGO!, not Apple: Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to maintain or support it and is not liable for claims related to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted on this page with its date.
